The long term success of your Agency will be built on the ability to master the Art of Referrals.  When you have provided quality service (not just a sale) you have earned the right to ask and receive referrals!   This art must become a systematic, measurable approach in all transactions to secure referrals from your quality clients, prospects and customers!
