Happy Good Friday (literally) for those of you of faith, like myself. As you head in to your Easter weekend (if you celebrate) I just wanted to get out a message that impacted me this week and I know it can have a profound impact on you as well in your Personal Life as well as your Insurance Agency/Business.
Are there changes you want in your life, yet you are stuck in old patterns and behaviors and just can’t seem to break free? You don’t know what to do, what first action to take to impact change and expansion or even where to start to make the changes you desire in your Personal and Business Life!
A reminder today is that change is constant already so you don’t have to worry about change happening! Yet, how do you direct the change you want for yourself? Most people that I know and that I have had the privilege to work with in Coaching, Recruiting and Training Insurance Agents work toward change in the wrong way. The put their heads down and just work harder, they put more effort and start taking action. Those are definitely components to drive change…BUT WAIT!
All change either small or large that you desire in your life start with a “CHANGE IN YOUR MINDSET AND A CHANGE IN PERSPECTIVE” Let that sink in for a moment. Where in your life that you are desiring for change have you failed to visualize what that change will ultimately look like and then taken your current situation and looked at it from another perspective? You will be enlightened when you utilize the Power of Your Mind to visualize the change you desire and then look at your current situation from another perspective. What I find is that when I change my perspective I realize more often than not that I am closer to the change I desire than I recognize!
THOUGHTS TO PONDER TODAY: Where in your Personal Life, Agency and/or Business are you desiring change? Have you sat down and visualized the change you desired, and then wrote it out? Stop at this moment and look at your current position, status or situation from a different perspective…you may realize you are closer than you imagined. Change Your Perspective and YOU CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
