In “The Compound Effect” by Darren Hardy he states this, “Find the line of expectation and then exceed it.  Even when it comes to the small stuff–or maybe especially then.”

Be a Flamingo in a Flock of Pigeons!!!  All of us are involved in a competitive marketplace and for my fellow Insurance professionals…we sell an intangible.  At the end of the day you are ultimately selling the same product.  What makes you SEPARATE from the FLOCK?

Those individuals and Companies that have found ways to exceed expectations are building trust and creating extreme customer loyalty.  As a result, they’ve developed an extraordinary reputation that continues to attract attention (Compound Effect, p. 156)

THOUGHTS TO PONDER: Are you meeting the expectations of your clients OR are you exceeding the expectations of your clients?  More important and PROBABLY THE GREATER QUESTION…ARE YOU MEETING THE EXPECTATIONS YOU SET FOR YOURSELF OR ARE YOU STRIVING TO ALWAYS EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS?   I assure you if you only meet your own personal expectations, you will never exceed the expectations of your clients!!!!
