This past week has been a challenge for me and my family in many ways. We lost our Pastor of our church tragically and far to early for anyone of us. To me an amazing man, father, and husband and inspiration in my life and the life of my family.
This event has been heavy on my heart today and through this pain it also brought me to a place of learning and knowledge that I felt called to share with all of you and I believe it can relate to your Business and YOUR LIFE!
This man impacted my faith and my belief in God and he established a stronger foundation for my wife and children. He truly impacted my life among thousands of others and it left me asking, “How am I impacting other’s lives?”
You and I may be in the Insurance Industry…but that is not who we are. It is and can be a vessel to what we are meant to be. Your Insurance Agency or your business is not about the money you make, but the people’s lives you’re able to change through your message and service. The right message, service and our education holds power for someone at the right time of their life! We all must believe that. How are you utilizing your business or career as a vessel to impact others? Insurance professionals are not the most liked people in the world, not by any fault of the consumers but rather due to those who have come before us and peddled products instead of SERVING THE NEEDS OF OTHERS AND PROVIDING PROTECTION, SAFETY AND EDUCATION TO OTHERS.
I don’t sit here pointing fingers without pointing three fingers back at myself! I am committed to changing that direction for my life and impacting the lives of others by the service, knowledge and guidance I provide in this current industry we call “INSURANCE”. I challenge each of you to think about this for yourself.

What can you do differently in your Agency today to be more than a Product Peddler and be an Influencer and IMPACT to others?
