I pondered this concept for a few minutes and came to a realization for myself that may be enlightening to each of you. I thought about the times in my life that I wanted to get in shape. What did I do? I hired a trainer to give me a plan and educate me-to improve my performance. I thought about the times that I wanted to improve an area of my business life and I picked up audio books/books of successful people I wanted to emulate. When I wanted to get my eating and health internally in check, HECK I married a Health Coach.
I believe in the Power of Coaching and Mentorship. I am always seeking to EXPAND to higher levels of achievement and believe the strength of a MENTOR is worth whatever the cost. I also understand the value of being a Mentor to others. John Wooden once stated, “Mentoring is your true legacy. It is the greatest inheritance you can give to others. And it should never end. It is why you get up every day. To teach and be taught.”
