You have all heard the saying, “follow the light!” What does that truly mean and how can it relate to your Agency/Business? For me the light is what brings you joy and happiness. For example if meeting with a family in their home brings you happiness…follow that light! If teaching and coaching your Team brings you joy…follow that light!
This is truly a very kindergarten concept, yet sometimes the most basic concepts nurture the greatest results. Look to the light in your Agency of what makes you happy and you will find more happiness!
THOUGHTS TO PONDER TODAY: What activities bring you the most happiness but you don’t do them consistently? What one activity could you do today that would bring you joy? The last time you experienced a day of success was it doing something you hated OR something you LOVED?
