When is the last time you STOPPED to take reflection? A mirror is an amazing IMAGERY to the power of reflection. It is so difficult in this busy, fast paced world that we all live in to take a MOMENT OF REFLECTION, to look in the mirror of our past to see a reflection of our CURRENT REALITY!
As I reflect this Monday as a start to another week and thinking about the message today and specifically how it relates to my business and that of the Insurance Agency Owners I have been privileged to work with. When you are in the middle of the day to day monotony it is VERY DIFFICULT to see where you have come from and the progress you have made.
Take a moment today for REFLECTION. Where were you at just 5 years ago? What did your life look like then? How was your Business 5 years ago? Where was your family at? Don’t reflect on the items that could have been but weren’t BUT RATHER on what has happened positively! The major changes, monumental improvements and grandiose milestones achieved.
THOUGHTS TO PONDER TODAY: Take time once a month to just REFLECT. Find gratitude it what has become and where you have evolved. Don’t always reflect on what is missing BUT on what is GOOD! Each and everyone of us has experienced tremendous expansion and growth in our lives and businesses AND IT IS OKAY to stop and reflect for a moment on these and be proud.

We tend to beat up on ourselves but if we truly look back over our businesses we usually have grown far more than we think. Often we only look at final production but you may have made huge strides in building your processes that will launch you far in to the future or just climbed out of a large hole … reflection also allows us to see our Dreams as well.
