Are you brand new to the Insurance Industry or been around for a number of years?  Either way this post is for you!   

Can you remember the level of excitement you felt when you decided to get involved in the industry?  The excitement of going in to business for yourself, the potential of unlimited income, the ability to protect and serve others, the ability to meet with people and to have no ceiling to your growth potential?  Yet how many of you actually felt the following feelings once you got started:

  • Feeling Alone
  • Where Do I start?
  • Where Do I turn for help?
  • Can I make it?
  • How am I going to find enough clients?
  • How do I build a system?
  • How do I not get overwhelmed with all there is to do?
  • How do I hire my first Team Member and how am I going to afford it?
  • What marketing works and how to I manage the leads I do have?
  • Why won’t my friends, family and people I know do business with me?
  • Can I do this or should I just quit?
  • I feel like I am in a job and not actually running and building a business…what have I done??

Nobody likes to speak the reality and the truth about what most of us have felt, currently are feeling or once felt!  Today this message is for you because I assure you that you are not alone in your feelings!  Many people “THINK” going in to business for themselves would be great YET once they embark on it, all the unknows are quickly exposed and you are overwhelmed, full of fear, lost, confused and don’t know where to turn.

This is a primary reason Agency Elevated exists, so you don’t feel alone and someone speaks truth into what you are possibly feeling, have felt or may feel if you are just getting started.
