The Problem With Your Agency!

Almost 20 years experience in the Insurance Industry and I have seen some many problems in an Insurance Agency that I probably couldn’t list them all even if I tried, yet here are few that come to mind:

  • Not Enough Leads
  • My Leads Suck
  • Not Enough Team Members
  • My Team Members Suck
  • My Carriers rates are terrible
  • My claim service is awful
  • Our technology is terrible
  • Customers only want the lowest price
  • AND SO MUCH MORE!!!

And yet how can it be possible  that within the same market, with the same rates, the same clients/prospects to choose from, the same employee pool ALL THINGS BEING THE SAME,  that one Agency can produce $165K in premium in one month and  another Agency produces $2,500 in Premium???

I have the answer!!  Now sit down, sit back because for many of you this is not what you want to hear!!  

YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!!  Always have been and always will be!!  Now that can piss you the hell off and that is ok if it does YET I will tell you there is great LIGHT in understanding this.  If you are the PROBLEM (I assure you, you are) THEN YOU ARE ALSO THE SOLUTION!!

The difference between you and another Agency that is having tremendous success is the belief they hold in themselves.  There glass is always half full and yours is probably half empty…if you even have a glass at all!!

Knowing this what can you do to impact it and change it? How do you change your perspective, your belief and your commitment to yourself?  It starts with STOPPING taking a hard truthful look in the mirror and owning you are the creator of your pain and problems and you are also the creator of your PLEASURE AND YOUR SUCCESS!!

Read something uplifting everyday, take a moment to meditate and create space in your life. Paint a picture of the life you desire in all areas starting with your Agency and know that everyday your life is about painting in the colors of that picture.  

This does not mean that life and your Agency is going to be easy but knowing that when someone else is experiencing tremendous success and you are not they are not changing the rules of the game…THEY ARE ONLY CHANGING THE PLAYER OF THAT GAME…THEMSELVES!!
