1. Always Be Prospecting-If you find yourself always studying products, evaluating proposals, analyzing reports etc. REMEMBER all of that matters 0% if you have no PROSPECTS IN WHICH TO SHARE THE KNOWLEDGE WITH. Study enough to be lethal and then put that knowledge to use in front of prospects!
2. Innovate-When is the last time you tried something new. When is the last time you did something different then your peers? Email marketing, VIDEO EMAIL, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), Cold Calls, Walk-Ins To Businesses
3. 5 Active Marketing Systems-Evaluate your current operations to see how many actual Marketing systems you have. Are they measurable, are they trackable, can they be duplicated? If the answer is no to any of those questions they are not ACTIVE Marketing.
4. Written Daily Plan-what is your plan today for your Agency regarding prospecting? Not tomorrow, not by end of the week, what is your written plan for prospecting today?
5. Face The Fear of Rejection-the most successful business owners, Insurance Agency Owners fail the most….and that is why they succeed! Get out in front of as many people as possible, face your fears of rejection, insecurity and safety and from that you will expand and grow. Sitting in your office, studying course material, evaluating products does not make you better. Action makes you better and facing fears makes you SUCCEED!
